Obama Care? What is the Penitity for not having it when it comes?

Able to work but still no job in the local county.

I talked to Blue cross they will not sign me up. They want money from me or the government and I am in a Republican State and not eligible for Medicaid. personally I do not really want insurance.

I believe in preventative care instead of Doctors or medicine.

I talked to Humania and they would not tell me and did not know what to tell me to do since I did not have a job. No, bait for them ether.

What I want to know is the penalty if I do not have an income and no way to pay for insurance. and at this time do not even pay taxes because I do not have a job?

Who or where do I make it so I do not have the penalty but ether way what is the actual penalty if not able to find money or a provider?
