I just saved my friend from killing him self?
Im not going to go into details lets just say I found my self holding him down to the floor at 4 am screaming while my friend called 911.
I don't know how to face him any more I don't think I can Im scared to, I saw him in a way I never though I would (hes a very strong emotionaly person, hes had a rough child hood which made him strong) just after I came home from the hospital I saw the mess on the floor of where it all happend and I cringged Im not sure if I can enter that room any time soon either.
Before you guys go all "you need to be there for him" or "quit making this about you" Im not or atleast trying not to its just I don't know how to deal with this Im scared to.
Any help?
P.s before you guys ask as far as I know hes fine now hes in the hospital being watched right now Im not sure how the hospitals work with stuff like this

cleaning up the room isn't your responsibility. You should congratulate yourself for keeping a cool head in a very stressful situation and doing the right thing. hopefully now your friend will be able to get the help and support he needs so he can heal his life and move on.

The best thing you can do is stay near to him. If he loses friend like you at this rather tender stage, then the only way is down. You've gotta help him along, be a rock of support.
When my friend decided to try it (cutting himself badly), I decided I would make him better mentally. I took up a hobby and I tried to learn the guitar. I took t along to the hospital and played it for him every day I could make it, and he slowly got better. Recently, he got out and decided to try to learn himself. Now he's happy with his lot.
Ya see, what you have to do is, and I quote, "Be there for him." It's cliché, I know, but clichés are proven to work, after all.
