Of whom was the Poet referring to?

Summer and winter spent a new

Times going, one-see beauty sickles of isle

Hanging from the rain pan

As night drops cold, fire and ice

Snow Caps Mountains shiver distance

Southern California appear

Warmth singing it’s time for winter

(As it did it did I know a show doll?) \ was

The making of you coated

For the cold and warmth newest

As someone lets you down

Where frozen and defrost of way

It was apparent she knew more

Where clinging was no more

Southern California appear in the sea

As new song singing began

Where one lead a way

And a new song and generations sprouted wings of old?

The Times they Are A-Changing’n “Bob Dylan”

And change he knew and sung about to come then and now. As he seen times coming forth, this was known and now the younger are entering, in to that new day of song.

Dylan, then; and to this age fermentation taken , to drink as fulfillment of time now in public.

Lyrics

Come gather ’round people

Wherever you roam

And admit that the waters

Around you have grown

And accept it that soon

You’ll be drenched to the bone

If your time to you is worth savin’

Then you better start swimmin’ or you’ll sink like a stone

For the times they are a-changin’

Come writers and critics

Who prophesize with your pen

And keep your eyes wide

The chance won’t come again

And don’t speak too soon

For the wheel’s still in spin

And there’s no tellin’ who that it’s namin’

Update 3:

For the loser now will be later to win

For the times they are a-changin’ …

You have some nice imagery, but other than that,

this one is a struggle to figure out....line 7?

(As it did I know a show doll) ------ am guessing you only meant to type one "it did"

This is purely a guess, but the last stanza may

have helped. The poem is about a song about

summer and winter? Whom? Have no idea, Bob Dylan
