What Android tablet should I get?
I am getting $499. I am stuck between the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and the Nexus 7 2013 edition. Both are great, but one is ahead of the other in terms of Software. I like the 8' on the Tab 3, also. Not a fan of the front face camera positioning on the Nexus 7, but it's w/e. Which out of the two would you recommend? And, if you were to add an answer, what tablet? 7-9 inches in size, and why.
NOTE: Absolutely NO Apple products. None. Not the iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPad period.

Samsung Galaxy Tab is better.

The Nexus 7 would be better option if all you are looking for is more power and better screen resolution, as it would give you a quad core processor with a full 1080p (1920*1200) HD display at the minimum of cost.

But if you want more storage space, IR blaster (turns your tablet into tv remote) and a bigger screen size, then Galaxy Tab 3 provides the best price for an 8" tablet.
Hope this helped!
