You honestly can"t, I've been playing COD since Modern Warfare, the first modern warfare. If your sensitivity is too low then turn it up, but if its at like 2 do not turn it up to 10, put it to 3, then 4 and so on. It is the only way to get use to high sensitivity for the most part. But i recommend going to private matches on your favorite maps and go against maybe 5-7 recruit bots. Since they are bad but not that bad you will have an easier time. Play the campaign on easy normal and hard by the time you are finished you shouls be accoustomed to (your) preference becuase mines might not be the same as yours.
