Bra on white car discoloration?

I recently bought a white '99 Honda Civic Sedan with a bra (front cover, ive just always heard it called a bra.) Under the bra it is a different color than the rest of the car, is there any way to fix this?

    There have been different rates of fade where the paint was covered and not covered. There are many shades of white, as you now have discovered. You can live with it, paint the car, or put the bra back on.
