Xbox One or PS4 please help!?

Fanboys, now is your chance, I hae enough money for either and I can't decide which I want. On one hand, PS4 has Infamous Second Son, Killzone Shadow Fall (which looks decent), Destiny timed DLC exclusivity and any subsequent Last of Us or Uncharted game. On the other hand, Xbox has Gears of War, Halo, Titanfall and CoD, Battlefield and The Division timed DLC exclusivity. If you can't tell my main factor is games but media does interest me. I use mainly Netflix, HBO GO and anything I can watch hockey on (f**k you ESPN) so if either or both has all 3 that's a huge plus. Basically, which should I get and why?

Update:

I appreciate the answers and I agree with the Kinect thing since mine will be in my bedroom facing me but I just want info on which exclusive series are better and why

I have owned every Xbox and Playstation so far. I bought an Xbox One at launch and will eventually get a PS4 as well. I can tell that my experience with the Xbox One has been very positive. I haven't had a server crash on me yet. The Kinect does not need to be always on for you console to work, you can unplug it if you want to... However, I have been amazed at the voice control, coming into my living room to say "Xbox On" and watch my TV, Xbox, Kinect 2.0, DirecTv boc, and my stereo all turn on still feels like i'm in the future. The biggest use for it though is when I'm eating or don't want to find the control, I can use my voice to switch channels or go to Netflix or Hulu Plus or any other app or game. The graphics also look very nice on it (Ryse is the best looking game out there, but the gameplay is not on par with the graphics). The negatives with the console are: Some things are hidden and harder to get to than before (friends list, party, etc.) However, Microsoft is coming out with two big updates to make things more accessible on this Tuesday, and one in March before Titanfall comes out.

Both Consoles are great, I can't speak for the PS4 since I don't own it, but the X1 does have more content as far as online play and multimedia. The PS4 has GDDR5 RAM while the X1 has DDR3 +SRAm... there isn't a huge difference here if you are wondering, and optimization is the more important factor there, which there is still no winner. Both are Next Generation Consoles, both have amazing graphics, and both will make you happy and mad.

Although i have not yet played the Xbox one, i have bought a Ps4 and i'm very satisfied with it, and i did not even own a Ps3 i was for the most part an Xbox person but the Ps4 just seemed like the better deal with it being 100$ cheaper than Xbox, Party chat and Netflix don't require Ps plus although Xbox requires a gold membership for both of those features, and the Ps4 is slightly more powerful, but my only dislike about Ps4 is the Lack of games, the only exclusive games right now are Killzone shadow fall which is ok and knack which i think kind of sucks but hopefully Infamous second son and uncharted 4 can change that. but overall i think Ps4 is great and is well worth you're money.
