How to transfer music on iPhone to new computer?
Did first time sync to new computer but music didn't seem to transfer. Is there a way to do it with iPhone 5?

You either have to click "back up" or go to the music tab in your iphone menu and check "sync music" and then sync it again.

You don't transfer music to a computer. Have you ever done that before? You aren't supposed to be able to do so using iTunes.
You could have avoided that problem simply downloading to your computer and copying the files to a CDR or something like that.
Now you'll have to use 3rd party software.
