I have just given my computer a complete scan with Avast?
There were no infected files, everything was ok, why is my computer running slow and scrolling is hesitant and sometimes freezes up? I have had new drivers and more memory put in recently.
Could it be my ISP or what.

increase your ram if you less than 1gb increase it
