    It costs a lot. Only India ,out of the Big 3 cannot afford it.

    It's free of cost for the boards and on the broadcasters.Its The Australian military Grade Hot Spot is Rubbish..Other than that is pretty good.If ICC can remove Hot Spot from UDRS India may take it.
