The best preparation you could do is to start running every morning about 5 a.m. This way, you'll start to ready your body and mind for waking up early and exercising daily. Even if you start out at a short distance (one or two miles) you'll be better prepared than many in your company and you'll be able to run longer distances too. In the evening before bed, knock out as many push-ups and sit-ups as your body will let you do, no matter how long it takes. These are the best practices you can do to prepare yourself. Everything else will come from the drill instructors; and no one can ready you for them hahaha.
