I want to stop but its hard.. My friends dont really understand and I dont know where else to go.. Any tips would be appreciated.

Find a hobby to keep you occupied. It will keep your mind off of your problems and will stop you from cutting yourself.

Also, you may be against other people cutting themselves, and if so, think of this:

Every cut you place on your skin, every drop of your blood spilled because of a razor blade, is a statement that says "It is okay to cut yourself to relieve your pain."

If you don't want other people to do this, you shouldn't do it either. Tell yourself not to be a hypocrite, and do not cut yourself.

    Keep yourself occupied.

Remember: If you're ugly, who gives a damn, there are lots of ugly people in the world, but someday you'll meet someone who will think you're beautiful.

I use to self harm as well when I was a teenager. Is there a reason why you feel the need to harm ur self?

For me was because of severe depression.

Please try to get help. There are professional out there. Go to your doctor explain to him or her everything. There is help but you will need to speak up.

    Hope u feel better soon
