What does god mean, when he says people are unlearned?

    Jesus mentiosn the scriptures and the power of god

    But paul is the one who said that the unrighteous corrupt those that are unlearned and I believe it means those who are not initiated into the ways and forms of the kingdom of God.

    God didn't say that. King James translators did.

    It's obsolete English for uneducated.

    not well educated, or not having been learned (more often unlearnt).
