Why did he not let me pick the pencil up?
Okay so this guy dropped his pencil near me so naturally I went to go pick it up but he bent down really quickly and grabbed it before I could and said "I got it" and then the next day he dropped it again and the girl that sits behind me grabbed and he said thanks. Why didn't he just let me grab it?

Maybe it was a natural reflex the first time, the second time the other girl probably got it first so he backed off; don't be harsh on yourself.. It wasn't your fault
