Does anyone believe that there will be enough people working and paying taxes to be able to?

Yes. If we actual implement wealth redistribution, there will be enough economic activity to generate the jobs and income taxes that we need. There wouldn't be so many people relying on welfare, either.

The "job creators" impoverished their employees and laid them off to maximize their profits, and now they are surprised that so many people are relying on public assistance?! Those people need to take some personal accountability for the state our economy is in. Right now, they are making the Republican Party look like a bunch of liars about their promises of "trickle down" prosperity.

    Sadly, you are correct.

At this time of day...the makers are at work. Gotta pay those taxes. Millions depending on it!

The takers are on the computer. This explains the liberal attitude that is sinking this once proud, self sufficient country!

There is some concern there but to believe the loss of manufacturing jobs and the once strong middle class in the US began just since the current administration came into office is naive to say the least. The destruction of the middle class began in all earnest in the early 1980s and has accelerated ever since with every administration.

no. bail outs for the insurance companies are on deck as we speak. social security is being robbed by leftist big spenders so it will no longer be there when all people under 50 retire.

Actually, if everyone paid the taxes he or she owes and there was no fraud, there would be no deficit at all.

Social Security is self-sufficient. As for the other programs, if the rich paid their fair share, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Only if corporations are forced to pay the taxes they're supposed to pay in our system, instead of their accountants to find and create more and more loopholes and offshore accounts for them.

If the government keeps encouraging people not to work, then no.

Nope, unemployment will soon be at 85% and soup lines will prevail, no revenue.
