Faulty PS4 Xbox from Argos?

I got a ps4 today and hasn't worked straight out of the box unfortunately.

When I return the console will I be able to get a refund/replacement or will it have to be repair via Sony.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

    Well you could tell me what its doing and not doing bud, if it blinks a blue light, that means you should plug it in a different power supply
