I assume you mean IE. It does that and there is nothing you can do. Bill Gates wants it that way and doesn't care what you want. Things like that annoy me no end, developers and engineers decide what you want, they don't care what you really want. They just say to themselves that we are too stupid to know what we want and they set up things THEIR WAY! This is known as a FEATURE! That means a really, really annoying thing.
