No, I don't. Shouting is distracting and gives me a headache, whether it's in verbal or text form.

Not if the whole comment is in caps, but I would if they just did one word for emphasis.

Yeah I read it.....I just think they either always do that or they forgot and left the CAPS lock on.

I may read it, but it ruins credibility when a person does that. Shows a lack of intelligence and a bit too much emotion to be taken seriously.
