do i have to go in to my psychiatrist office before finding another psychiatrist closer to me?
i dont feel like driving that far because i moved and my car broke down. what do i do to cancel my current doctor and find one that is closer. i am in md by the way

search for new dr online & make an appointment, explain who your previous dr was - they will probably want you to sign a release to get your prior med records sent over to new dr. call old dr,, explain you're moving over to new dr & let them know you have signed/or will be signing a release to get records over to new dr. good luck!
