What are some good recepies that are easy to cook?

depending on the food youre trying to cook, i like to use a worcestorshire/brown sugar marinade for beef which includes the following ingredients, worcestorshire sauce, brown sugar, oregano, s and p, and a titch bit of soy sauce, creates an immulsion of deliciousness!! Oh and to marinade it, tenderize meat, and let soak in the marinade for at least an hour, itll soak up the juices and be delicious! (And im not talking about the stripper)
