If it's fun for you and your dog it is good for your dog and for you. She gets exercise and meaning to your life and you get enjoyment and time outside. Just remember to wear a helmet and check your dog's paws if you're doing it on a road.

It is only safe, for dog(s) and owner, if they're trained for such a thing. Otherwise you risk all sorts of accidents. What if the dog decides to randomly stop, or start running another way? What if it starts trying to cross over sides, or chase after a rabbit/another dog?

Just start slow and build her up. Make sure you learn how to do stretches and massages, have her on enough fish oil or glucosamine chondroitin daily to help her joints, and have fun!
