    Yes it is a proper sentence. You have your subject (Antigone) and what happens in the subject (the death of two brothers in Antigone); and then you stated who the "action" was occurring to (Eteocles and Polynices).

    No, you need a colon or semicolon instead of a comma before the names of the two brothers.
