Do you have advice on painting over a glossy metal surface?
It is a cotton candy machine and I need to spray paint it white. It is glossy metal and pink. Do I use a primer? Do I sand?, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like it is good condition with no chips etc just give it a light sand down so as not to break the surface of the existing paint and then re-paint with gloss no need for primer it's only used for bare surfaces
