Problem with track titles playing cd?

I just purchased a pioneer touch receiver for my car the 2600. The on screen menu is not showing the album cover nor name of CD or text of the tracks. Just showing track 1,2,3 etc. when I hit magnifying glass. These are CDs that are store purchased and shows this info in my other vehicle. This pioneer unit is 2014 model and for the cost should have that capability most certain it did a few nights ago when we purchased it and have tried everything in the settings but no luck
