I'm trying to collect everything ebony in the game. Where can I get it?

Armor and weapons can be found randomly in the game. Everything except for Dragon Armor and Weapons. Those you'll have to make yourself.
To guarantee fast and easy access to these weapon and armor types, invest your perks into smithing. Otherwise you'll have to find them randomly inside of chests in the dungeons.

they are random. you are best off making your own. there is also ebony mail, which you get from the boethiahs calling quest.
