More often than not the SUBMIT button is not there when I try to answer a queston. Is this some glitch?

    Yes, very likely. Use CTRL + A (select all) and CTRL + C (copy) to save your answer. Press F5 (refresh) and see if the button shows up, then paste (CTRL + P) your answer and submit it. Or remember to refresh the page before you answer until the button shows up. If that doesn't help, try clearing all cache files and restarting the computer.

    It may mean that person has blocked you.
