File shrinking program or app?
I have a video file that I need to email for school, but the file size is too large to attach. Are there any good file shrinking programs that I can use to send it? The file was originally recorded on my android phone, so I can get an app from the play store if needed or on my laptop itself (which is a MACBOOK PRO by the way, so no Windows programs..)

7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/download.html) is a good file-compressing program, and I saw a download link to a Mac OS X version on the page (not sure if it works, though). Try it and see if it'll suit your needs.
