    The Winter or Summer Olympics can be held in any suitable country. By 'We' do you mean America. The Olympics is not American. The IOC or International Olympic Committee is based in Switzerland.

    Russia can have them whats the point. They really should just build one really nice resort in one very cold place and use it for the Olympics every time.
