What would look best?
I'm trying to buy a name plate as a gift for someone to put on their office door. It's painted plain white, nothing else is on it. What color (background and text) combination would look best? I'd like it to be a metal plate.

First of all, what color is the door? If the door is stain in the brown tones then I would remove white paint and stain the same as the door. If the door is white then leave it while. One way or the other I suggest the plate either in silver or cold. Most are cold if door is stained brown tones.
