how can I get ripped fast.?

Please no steroids or protein shakes extra...

    Do plenty of body weight workouts such as Push-ups, Pull-ups, Squats. Good news is there are several variations of these workouts and you wont get bored. Try doing Burpees, Russian Twists etc and always have a pair of Dumbells. Sprint, Skip, Box Jump, Shadow Box, etc.....get strong and get ripped..... and do forget to dring plenty of water and fruit juice.

    you have to diet for it

    u need for reduce carbs, reduce sugars….

    eat more proteins, more vegetables

    and drink more green tea

    an more fluids..

    u need to lift weights 4-5 days a week.. 45-60 mins

    if u have fat to burn do some cardio 2x a week for 30 mins

    from time to time your gonna want to try using some creatine.. it helps your workout an gives more strength.. take that for 8-10 weeks then get off for 5-6 weeks
