How Do I Restore Deleted Contacts Back Onto My Phone?

My phone is a AT&T brand Pantech Link II (P5000) i deleted my contacts about 3-4 months ago and haven't be able to find away to get them back.

    You can't next time Backup all your contacts to Memory Card.
