Follow the procedure on the first link below. If you are still having troubles then download Malwarebytes Free from the second link below, install it, update it and run a full scan. Select everything it found and then choose to remove all. once done, it will probably ask to do a restart to remove remnants of the malware.

I recommend you to scan your PC with ESET (with updated database). And thereafter remove all the Viruses & Trojans that are detected.
