How does it work to send a meeting invitation in Outlook when there is a country/time difference?

My computer is set to UTC time (basic world time) but what happens if I send an Outlook invitation to someone in South Africa (2hrs ahead of England) who have their computers set on South African time?

I guess I will have to check with the people but just wanted some general advice from someone who has sent Outlook invitations to people in different time zones...like to have a teleconference or something.

Their email client would adjust the time for their timezone. So for example, if your invitation said 10:00 for the meeting, and they were two hours ahead, their email program would state the time as 12:00 (probably also showing the original timezone time is 10:00).
