Can I have a cat if I'm allergic to them?
I wasn't always allergic to them. In fact I had 5 at one point. I haven't been tested for allergies but whenever I'm around them I get can't breathe. I think it happened when I moved from the country to the city and my breathing went bad. Is there a way of getting a cat or medication.
I have pretty bad symptoms and I wont mind medication.

They have certain types of hypoallergenic cats, or if your not deathly alergic and willing to deal with your symptoms you can get a normal cat
