what type of beans just need water and there ready?

Someone black told me oh there freeze dried but you know everything to them is a secret and on Google nothing comes up so I had them and they were like beans white beans but instead of soaked just fried in chilli and then the turned out to be a chip but its instant beans just add water and its like a soup and a chip

I really want to know what these are its new to me
