I filed tax first time in the year 2013. I want to change my tax consultant. does this affects on processing time for tax return ? first I applied through Paper based. this time I file it through electronic. does this affect my tax return time ?

You can file with a different person every year if you want, or file on your own. The CRA website has all the information you need if your situation is simple.
If you file electronically it is much faster than on paper. Also, when you file your first return it takes a little longer. So this time should be much faster.
