If we were to build forsay a mass command center in orbit how would it be designed?
I got the idea fron the movie oblivion where they had the tet(even though it was of alien origins) and how we have the Pentagon.
I was thinking we should build a tet or a mass spacestation of some sort as one would call it. I know we have one atm. But in terms of advancement and updates. Future ideas. Btw even if it looked like a candle stick. How do you think would it be , or how would you design it.

Taking anything into orbit is very expensive so it wouldn't be a command center that would be built but a community from materials in space such as from the asteroids, comets or moons. They would be O'Neill Cylinders, Bernal Spheres and Stanford Torus's. They would be towns with the surrounding agricultural lands. The command center would be an office building within the town.
