does this sound like a scam to you?

The following text I copy and pasted from my email after making a job inquiry at the end of this email he also gave a name house phone and cell phone number I just didn't include that for privacy reasons. My main concern is that this is a scam because 1 I don't know how he would plan on paying me and 2 because he is "currently not in the US" but whats making me think that its not a scam is because he offers to meet and because he did include phone numbers. Whats your take on this fraud or not??

handling my personal and business errands at his or her spare time.

Your ability to offer me these Services.Mail services Receive my mails and drop them off at

FEDEX Offices.Your Duties includes Shopping for Gifts,Art works,Bill payment ( pay my bills

on my behalf)

Receive deliveries( at your home) or pick items up at nearby post office at your convenient

time. It does not matter where you live as long as you reside in the united states.Let me know if you will be able to offer me these services.

I would love to meet up with you to talk about this job but I am currently away on business. I am in the United Kingdom so there will be no interview.I will prepay you in

advance to do my shopping.

I will also have my mails and packages forwarded to your address. If you will be unable to

stay at your house to get my mails, It can be shipped to your nearest post office where

you can have it picked up at your convenient time.

When you get my mails/packages; you are required to mail them to me or our customers.

You don't have to put in money out of your pocket to do any of these Task, all you have

to do is have packages shipped to your house and do my shopping. You are allowed to open

the packages to reveal its content.

The content of the packages could be computer and electronics,art works,antiques business

and personal letters. All expenses and taxes will be met by me.

Your work hours will be between 15 and 20hrs a month.You will be paid $300.00 weekly, That

is not a bad offer is it? I need your service because I am constantly out of town. I work

in a real estate and I own an Art Gallery in The UK.

I will return to USA in April,2014 so this process will be on going till then.If you don't mind, I will meet up with you when I return and then we can talk about the possibility of
