Israel First folks - How do you explain Israel not winning a single medal at Sochi?

Update:

EddieJ: I don't claim to be God's chosen or the supreme race.

Update 2:

balance: You don't need cold weather to have an indoor ice rink - that gets Vandeput off the hook but what about their speed skaters and figure skaters?

Update 3:

EddieJ: Actually the Talmud asserts that Gentiles were created to be servants and slaves to the Jews and are not even human.

Update 4:

Listen: You mean the Judges in the figure skating events were antisemitic? Do you also consider the time clock in the skiing and speed skating events was also antisemitic?

Update 5:

EddieJ: Quit changing the subject. Why didn't God come through for his chosen people at the Olympics?

Update 6:

My goodness, how hard is it to say - because the athletes they competed against were better?

Update 7:

EddieJ: But only one group is held up by Fundies as Gods Chosen People!

    Nice to get a change from the usual "the Jews are controlling everything" stuff.

    ~~~ That seems a bit simple-minded on a planet where the Jews are hated and feared and envied and discriminated against in just about every corner.
    One would have to be a complete dullard to think that a Jew would get a fair shake, anywhere other than Israel, and be completely ignorant of history.
    Women and blacks know what I mean... you have to be 130% better than the competition before even coming close to even!
    I would say.. who cares what they win at the Olympics?
    Who cares if DaVinci played football?
    If Mozart wrestled?
    If Einstein ice-skated...
    They had more going on than 'sports'.
    Perhaps sports ability is inversely related to intellect?
    Especially comsidering the following;
    "If the statistics are right, the Jews constitute but one quarter of one percent of the human race.
    It suggests a nebulous dim puff of stardust lost in the blaze of the Milky Way.
    Properly, the Jew ought hardly to be heard of; but he is heard of, has always been heard of.
    He is as prominent on the planet as any other people, and his importance is extravagantly out of proportion to the smallness of his bulk.
    His contributions to the world's list of great names in literature, science, art, music, finance, medicine and abstruse learning are very out of proportion to the weakness of his numbers.
    He has made a marvellous fight in this world in all ages; and has done it with his hands tied behind him.
    He could be vain of himself and be excused for it.
    The Egyptians, the Babylonians and the Persians rose, filled the planet with sound and splendour; then faded to dream-stuff and passed away: the Greeks and the Romans followed and made a vast noise, and they are gone; other peoples have sprung up and held their torch high for a time but it burned out, and they sit in twilight now, or have vanished.
    The Jew saw them all, survived them all, and is now what he always was, exhibiting no decadence, no infirmities of age, no weakening of his parts, no slowing of his energies, and no dulling of his alert and aggressive mind.
    All things are mortal but the Jew; all other forces pass, but he remains.
    What is the secret of his immortality?"
    (Mark Twain – Harper’s magazine - September 1887)
