How do you connect cd recorder?

I have a preamp,poweramp, cd player.

Update:

I don't understand how it syncs with cd player.

    Connect the cd recorder to the "tape output" on the preamp. Connect the cd player to the "cd input" on the preamp. When you play a cd the sound from it will go to the recorder.
