Hmmm, you have to be more specific. Is it the Ask homepage? (As in, its like a search engine website?)

Or is it a little toolbar at the top of google chrome?

If its the homepage, then click on the 3 horizontal lines that can be seen at the top-right corner of google chrome, and go to "Settings", and go to the "Homepage" setting which is directly underneath the "Show home button" writing, and switch it to whatever you like (e.g www.google.com).

If its the toolbar, then download "CCleaner" by going into google and typing "CCleaner download." When the download has finished, press CTRL and the letter J at the same time while in google chrome. This will bring you to the downloads tab within google chrome. Just click on the thing thats at the top of the list (Which is your most recent download). This is to install "CCleaner." Then keep clicking "Next" or "I accept" or "Install" when prompted until CCleaner is fully installed. Then go to start menu > All Programs > CCleaner, and open up CCleaner. Now when you are in this program, go to the "Tools" tab, which you'll find along the left hand side of the screen. Here, you can uninstall any program on your computer. Look for "Ask toolbar." Click on it, and then click the "Uninstall" button on the right of the screen. Keep clicking "Yes" or "Uninstall" when prompted, and the Ask toolbar will be uninstalled. Now just get out of google chrome, and go back into it, and it will be gone!
