I guess my answer is pretty accurate (that is if you're looking at the top 50 universities ranked by usnews) Admission into the top 50 universities tend to be very competitive, so yes, your results do matter a lot.
In fact, they look at your results from GRADE 9 to grade 12. All four years are almost equally important. If they see an upward trend, then your chances are increased.
However, that to say, other factors such as extracurricular activities, SAT scores, and awards attained are equally important.

They want to see your full transcript from grades 9-11 with classes taken + grades & test scores as you will not have completed 12th at the time you apply. Of course, admissions are conditional upon 12th year grades being at least as high as your average in grades 9-11. With grades like that in 11th, don't even bother trying to apply to any school in the US.

Hi Shubam.. 11th scores doesn't matter at all..
But of course, 12th scores are very important, also the eligibility tests such IELTS, TOEFL matters a lot..

11th grade marks usually don't matter. Universities usually request there marks just for reference in the admission process before the 12th results come out. But once the 12th results are out 11th grade results are irrelevant.
