Anybody heard of one of obama's flunkys plans to put monitors in radio, and TV newsrooms?

What do you think of this idea? What do you think the real reason is? Here's something to ponder. Only totalitarian regimes have political officers(or monitors, if you wish) keeping track of the medias output.
