How many ball sacks accidentally got hit per day?

My college lecturer asks me this question, I can't find the answer, so I came here with the ball sack question. Tell me if you know! Urgentt

    Ball sack? As in 'scrotum'? Or some other sort of soft container which holds some sort of balls?

    And during which period in history? "Got" implies one particular period, probably some time in the past.

    Actually I think your lecturer was joking, having a laugh at your expense, knowing that your command of English is not comprehensive.
