what type of reaction is this?

Cu(NH3)4^2+ (aq) + SO4^2-(aq) + H2O (l) ---ethanol-------> Cu(NH3)4SO4•H2O(s)

    Most likely a double replacement. Soluble tetraamminecopper(II) ion reacts with soluble sulphate ion to form a solid salt that precipitates.
