I have 1994 chey Astro that will not start?
I cannot figure out what is wrong with my Van, When you try to start it nothing happens no dash board lights, no sound its dead. If I remove the dead battery and put it in my other GM vehicle it will start the car right up... Neither battery will start my Astro, but I Can jump the Astro With either battery? Other information it’s a side post battery, the connections are tight, the battery bolts are new.
What else could it be?

If the van will start with a jump, you have a problem with the ground wire from the battery to the van. Try this. take your jumper cable and connect one side of the black cable to the battery ground, and the other side to the engine itself, like you would when jump starting. If the van starts, the ground wire is either broken or has come loose from the engine block
