HDD to SSD transfer help?

I have just installed windows 7 on my new ssd and I was wondering if there was a way to get all of the drivers and programs to work without reinstalling them?

    If you did a clean install, then all of the programs will need to be installed. The install should load the new drivers, but check with control panel to see if any are missing.

    No. you will have to reinstall them.
