"Millionaire Matchmaker" Isn't this really just a spin on glorified prostitution?

The millionaires pay Patti don't they?

and that "no sex before monogamy' is a crock.

    Im not sure, obviously for the tv they have to have clauses otherwise it would be prostitute tv which is like watching porn! However Im sur what is not shown on tv is far more juicy.
