Help with writer'a block?

I write a lot of fanfiction stories, and for the past week and half, I have not been able to write anything. I do have a few ideas, but I can't seem to put them into words for a story. Help?

I get writer's block all the time. What I do is map out my ideas and try out a couple on sentences using those ideas. I'm not sure if this will help you, but it usually gets me back on the ball =)

Write down the ideas at least. Then do something else, a minor change of scenery perhaps, take a walk. Sometimes this is something you just have to wait out. For some writers, distraction helps, or removing distractions. For other writers, doing some kind of writing exercise or writing-related activity helps. You have to find your own cures.

The worst thing you can do when experiencing writer's block is not write.

Just write anything. It doesn't have to be good, it doesn't have to be related to your story (you are entitled to take a break, after all). Write about something that happened to you with as much detail as possible. It can be something as simple as walking to the store, your day at school, taking a shower, anything. Just write.

    Hope this helps.

Don't stress yourself..I've beeen writing my latest fanfic for a long time now..

It's a long one and I've had many weeks where I haven't done anything at all..

My advice, (what I've been doing)..just keep a notebook with you..anytime an idea for you story pops into your head jot it down in the notebook...even if it's a line of dialogue..

Then when you do sit down to continue writing..you'll have some idea what to write..

And don't feel you have to write your story in order...

If an idea for your ending pops up..write your ending first..

    etc etc..

    Good luck.

try coming up with some back story to your characters, this may help you determine why they are making their particular choices.
