Light is a form of radiation---LIGHT is that range of electromagnetic radiation our EYES can SEE.

Radiation and light are both part of the electromagnetic spectrum, along with radio waves, heat, X-rays, and ultraviolet (what gives you a suntan), to name a few.

It depends on what type of radiation you are talking about. Some types of radioactivity are not part of the Electromagnetic (EM) spectrum, Alpha and Beta particles for example.

But... what we call light (the wavelength of EM radiation that the normal human eye can see) is part of the much bigger EM spectrum.
